Am I able to pick up a mail item in person?

Yes, you can pick up a mail item in person at your mailing address.

The following constraints must be met first:

• You must have an active services w/approved documents (e.g., 1583)
• You must visit on a weekday (M-F) between 10a - 2 pm local time
• You must show a valid photo ID and be the primary account holder only. You cannot send another person in to pick up mail for your assigned address
• The mail item has been processed and uploaded to your account (i.e., do not try and meet a delivery person at the office to retrieve items - they must first be entered into account)
• Please request your pickup in the customer portal
