Completing this form is just about mail (not residency), and USPS requires you to link yourself to a permanent address.
So, either of the following options would work fine:
- Use your driver’s licenses
- Draft a lease with your parents and sign it
We can manually skip your 1583, and you will go straight to getting your driver's license.
Then, once you have your license, you can complete your 1583 using your new driver's license as your address ID.
However, before you get your license and complete your 1583, we won't be able to accept any mail items for you that arrive at your address (both mailing and residential, if you have the mail plan as well).
