How can I file my Declaration of Domicile myself?

If you complete your Declaration of Domicile using the online notary then we will file it for you and we will pay state filing fees. If you choose to use an in-person notary, then you will need to mail it with a $10 check (made out to the "Sumter County Tax Collector") to:
